1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Claude Code Mastery course platform and any services provided by AIF Academy ("AI First Academy," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AIF Academy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our services. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Services Description

Claude Code Mastery is a self-paced online educational program focused on mastering Claude Code, building AI agents, and developing full-stack AI applications. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Pre-recorded video lessons organized across structured modules
  • Written lesson notes and supplementary materials
  • Hands-on project-based learning and exercises
  • Progress tracking and course completion features
  • Lifetime access to course content and future updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. This includes adding, removing, or updating course content, modules, and features.

4. Enrollment and Payment

Pricing

Program pricing is as listed at the time of enrollment. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, price changes will not affect confirmed enrollments.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment. We accept payment through our designated payment processor (Stripe). You are responsible for all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your purchase.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital educational services and the immediate access to proprietary materials upon enrollment, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after enrollment is confirmed and access to program materials has been granted.

In highly exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered entirely at our sole and absolute discretion. We are under no obligation to grant any refund for any reason. To submit a request for review, contact us at bohdan@aif.academy. Submitting a request does not entitle you to a refund.

Chargebacks

You agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and access, collection action for the disputed amount, and any associated fees.

5. Account and Access

Upon successful payment, you will create an account to access the course platform. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or course access with any other individual. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show evidence of shared access.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content, materials, frameworks, templates, curriculum, recordings, code examples, software, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property provided through our services are owned by AIF Academy or licensed to us. This includes, without limitation, video lessons, written notes, project templates, and instructional methodologies.

License to Use

Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the program materials for your personal and professional development. You may use the skills, techniques, and knowledge learned to build your own projects, serve clients, and advance your career.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display program materials
  • Share login credentials or program access with non-enrolled individuals
  • Record, screenshot, or capture video lessons or course content for redistribution
  • Resell, sublicense, or create derivative educational products based on our materials
  • Use our proprietary content to create competing courses or programs
  • Reverse engineer any software, tools, or systems provided
  • Upload or share course materials on any file-sharing platform or public forum

Violation of these restrictions constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, as well as legal action for damages.

7. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Not use our platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Not attempt to access areas of the platform you are not authorized to use
  • Not interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these conduct standards, at our sole discretion, without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or revenue from participation in our programs. Course content and tools referenced (including third-party tools like Claude Code) may change, and we are not responsible for changes made by third-party providers.

9. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

Any income or earnings statements, testimonials, or examples shown on our website or in our materials are illustrative only and are not guarantees. Individual results will vary based on effort, skill, market conditions, prior experience, and numerous other factors beyond our control.

We make no representation or guarantee that you will achieve any particular level of income, success, or technical proficiency. By enrolling, you acknowledge that your results depend entirely on your own actions, decisions, and execution. The course provides education and training — outcomes are your responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIF ACADEMY, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, INSTRUCTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE COURSE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIF Academy, its owners, officers, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content or information you provide through our platform.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in the jurisdiction where AIF Academy is registered.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against AIF Academy.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. No refund will be provided upon termination for cause.

Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, shall survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIF Academy is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIF Academy regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
